Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze product requirements, identify testing opportunities, and define test strategies.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and provide feedback on testability.
- Work with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues, ensuring they are resolved.
- Continuously monitor test results and maintain test automation suites for both regression and feature coverage.
- Generate and communicate reports on test results and quality metrics.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MQA Engineer.
- Strong experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with source control systems like Git, SVN, etc.
- Experience with cloud-based testing services like AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with test automation for mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
