Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Manage security and compliance of cloud infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and other DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
- Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery mechanisms are in place.
- Document infrastructure and application configuration and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other DevOps tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and scripting languages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS and Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as ECS or EKS.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code best practices.
- Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.
